Mark Lumbay

Mark served as the software lead on one of the projects I was assigned to, and it remains one of the best collaborative experiences I’ve had. As someone working in QA, I especially appreciated how he approached bugs. Whenever I raised an issue, he treated it as something to understand rather than simply something to fix, uncovering deeper edge cases in related features that made more complete fixes.
